Sound retreat 2025

Sound Retreat Week from October 5–11, 2025 in Portugal
Limited to a maximum of 20 participants
Together, we will immerse ourselves in the world of sound – and in the sound of nature. Nestled in the lush landscape of the Portuguese village of Monchique, at the foot of a gentle mountain, you’ll find a very special place: a powerful seminar location with a unique sound temple. Here, we will explore the mystery of the voice and open ourselves to profound sonic experiences.
A key element of our retreat is the morning practice of Nada Yoga – the Yoga of Sound. From Monday to Saturday, Miroslav invites you each day from 7:45 to 8:45 a.m. to dive into the subtle dimensions of sound and voice. This practice alone can deeply enhance your connection to your voice and the sound of life – offering powerful impulses for inner transformation.
